We believe in developing individuals that are driven to succeed and contribute to a global community that is ever-evolving. To provide a dynamic and innovative learning community that is committed to achievement and empowers students to be the best they can be.
Look after each other
We treat every person and thing as we want to be treated
We are respectful, polite and well-mannered at all times
Helping a member of our team helps ourselves
We never give up
We remain positive, so that we have the strength to persevere with even the hardest work
We do what it takes, for as long as it takes
We are true to ourselves and others and do not make excuses
We look to ourselves to see what needs to be done
We firmly believe that keeping to these values at all times will allow every student to be successful here at Wardle Academy
When students join Wardle Academy, they are assigned a KS3 learning pathway based on their KS2 SATS prior attainment. These pathways are regularly reviewed throughout year 7-9 to ensure all pupils are on a journey that is challenging and aspirational.
