World Book Day
The Wardle Academy Library is celebrating 'World Book Day' with a number of exciting events over the course of the week and of course the day itself: Short Story Writing Competition – Write a story in any genre, max 500 words, open to all pupils. Tickets available at reception for our next Musical Evening featuring all of our musical groups. The event takes place on Friday 18th March, doors will open at 6.30pm and the performance will start at 7.00pm. Tickets cost £5 for adults and £3 for children. An Evening with the Jäger Maestros
Join us on Friday 15th April 2016 from 7.00pm – 11.00pm for a family evening of entertainment starring ‘The Jäger Maestros - German Oompah Band’. There will be a fully licensed bar, food, an auction and a grand raffle. Bavarian fancy dress is optional. All funds raised throughout the evening will go to Wardle Academy Band Association and Wardle Anderson Brass. Tickets are available from reception at £8 for adults and £5 students.
