The voice of our students is heard in a variety of ways:
All pupils are able to express their views through their form, Year/House Rep which will then be brought to the next Student Council meeting.
Students are encouraged to share ideas or concerns by using the suggestion box which is permanently situated in Pupil Reception.
We conduct an annual survey (Kirkland Rowell) to measure pupils thoughts and feelings towards all aspects of school life and these findings are then used to shape future decision making and policy.
Through additional responsibilities such as our ‘Buddy’ system, Anti-Bullying Ambassadors and Prefects, pupils are encouraged and given opportunity to express their views and to make our school an even better place to work and study.
