Oliver was a pupil at Wardle Academy before joining Hopwood Hall College to complete his Commis Chef Apprenticeship. He quickly proved he was a dab hand in the kitchen as he was trained by tutors who have years of culinary experience.
It hasn’t taken long for the rest of the world to discover that Oliver is much more than just a flash in the pan and he’s now working at one of the most prestigious restaurant groups in the country.
