Key to the personal development of our students at Wardle Academy are the opportunities that we provide for students to engage in leadership roles across the academy and throughout their academy life.
Our student Parliament pathways at Wardle Academy provides opportunities for leadership both within the classroom environment and in more formal leadership roles. In many cases, an application and recruitment process is a requirement for most of the leadership roles, which in itself provides personal development opportunities for students to develop key character traits of self-management and confidence.
