Arctic Star – Get Wardle Reading
It is a podcast with a difference this week. Tom Palmer, one of our favourite authors, is reading a chapter set on Christmas Day from his fabulous book, Arctic Star, which tells the story of three teenagers, Frank, Joseph and Stephen who are on their first mission at sea during the Second World War.
Tom reads this extremely moving chapter direct from HMS Belfast and includes a special Christmas message to all students. If you would like to learn more about the book, click on his website https://tompalmer.co.uk/arctic-star/
