European Day of Languages
26th September is European Day of Languages and to celebrate we have some fantastic things planned! Here are just some of the things we have in store:
- Great ‘European’ Bake off competition open to staff and students with an extra special prize for the Star Baker(s)! Ms Sutcliffe and Mr Watson are Wardle’s answer to Prue Leith and Paul Hollywood – Watch this space for more information about how to enter!
- Zumba sessions lead by Mr Stanley and the PE team
- European Art Exhibition curated especially by Miss Simic and Miss Topping
- Library Languages Evening; the library will be open after school for some continental treats, arts & crafts and literary activities
- A festive European lunch complete with classical music to help you relax
- Special celebratory lessons in MFL and Humanities
