Excellent Work
We love to celebrate excellence and we are very proud of the progress that our students achieve.
This week, Miss Ward’s English class have been busy creating literature annotations and writing their own poetry.
Mr Wright’s Year 10 maths class proudly showed off their learning which included work on ratio, proportion and solving problems using Pythagoras.
Mrs Wright’s Year 9 science class were asked for the piece of work they felt most proud of and their work included their literacy in science writing, experiments about acceleration, velocity and amylase!
Mrs Suggitt’s Year 7 #Geography class have been studying settlements, their hierarchies and how to plan for a good settlement, plus what would happen if there was a #volcano eruption!
Miss Walker’s Year 9 history class were exceptionally proud of their work on sources and interpretations, which resulted in revision work and assessments from their #WW1, Suffragette and America in the 1920s topics.
Mr Hemming’s Year 7 RESPECT group was particularly impressive with their understanding of children’s rights, the story of creation and the impact of #COVID on different groups in society.
Well done everyone! #excellence
