Grace awarded 1st place at IDTA finals
Wardle learner, Grace, attended the International Dance Teachers Association (#IDTA) Freestyle scholarships on Saturday in Milton Keynes with her dance school Turners Dance Studios.
She was one of only 365 chosen from 5000 students to be nominated to compete!
Grace was in a section of 30 dancers aged 16, learning a choreographed routine on the spot whilst being watched by adjudicators.
Making it through the semifinals to the final and performing a solo routine, Grace came away winning the section with 1st place!
What an incredible achievement and a brilliant display of #ambition. Well done, Grace!
