Massive Milestone for Jake
We love celebrating the incredible achievements of our former Wardle Academy learners! Huge congratulations go out to Jake, who reached a massive milestone in his professional rugby career this past weekend.
Jake is currently the youngest player in the squad for the Championship team, the London Broncos. After spending the last four weeks as the 18th man in the matchday line-up, Jake officially made his 1st grade debut on Saturday!
It was a stellar performance in what turned out to be a dominant 78-16 win against Hunslet RLFC.
With his debut under his belt, we hope to see Jake kicking on and securing plenty more game time in what is shaping up to be a historic season.
