Ellie Roberts – Musical Theatre Student
We are highlighting the wonderful achievements of Wardle Academy alumni Ellie Roberts. Ellie is currently studying for a degree in Musical Theatre.
Life at Wardle Academy
Ellie’s love for drama and performance was ignited and supported by the Performing Arts department at Wardle Academy. Ellie was particularly inspired by Mr Brown whose invaluable support throughout her years at Wardle enabled her to thrive in the performing arts.
I would like to say a big thank you to the Performing Arts department and especially to Mr Brown who was my biggest supporter throughout my acting journey.
Life after Wardle Academy
Ellie left Wardle Academy in 2021 and went on to study Performing Arts at The Manchester College. She achieved excellent grades, gaining a triple Distinction* in her Musical Theatre Level 3 Extended Diploma.
After leaving college, Ellie ventured to New York City to complete a summer intensive programme at The New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts.
Ellie joins a number of familiar faces who have studied at the Conservatory including Top Gun star Miles Teller and Spiderman actor Jacob Batalan.
Currently, Ellie is studying for her BA Hons in Musical Theatre at Millennium Performing Arts College in central London.
