Wardle Careers Fair
Today, Wardle Academy hosted a careers fair to inspire Year 10 students and to showcase possible career pathways.
Numerous external organisations attended including the emergency services, local colleges and corporate business as well as representatives from the Watergrove Trust central team who took part in mock interviews.
Students spoke about their career aspirations ranging from footballers, doctors and engineers to artists, teachers and lawyers. They were given expert guidance on the various ways into work and the necessary steps to achieve their goals.
